Listings are location-based and can be featured through visibility options like Highlight or Basic.
Our vision is to support authentic connections between seekers and teachers worldwide, making spiritual practices more accessible while empowering teachers to share their gifts with a wider audience.
Refund Policy
Payments for visibility plans such as Highlight or Basic listings on Enlighten Me are non-refundable once activated, as digital visibility is immediately provided. We recommend reviewing all details before confirming your purchase.
In the rare case of a technical issue on our side (e.g. if your listing was not displayed), please reach out within 7 days of payment to [Insert Email]. We will review the issue and, if eligible, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds do not apply to services booked directly with teachers. For such cases, please contact the respective service provider.
